Today, we signed an agreement with the Embassy of the Czech Republic. IWCM will receive a €20,000 grant from the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of a local small-scale project within the official development assistance of the Czech Republic program. IWCM will send 2 doctors, 4 nurses, and 2 students from the secondary medical school for a one-week workshop organized by UNIPA in the Czech Republic. There, they will learn new techniques and possibilities for childbirth and postpartum care to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Training and Education
The second part of the project involves the donation of a chair with a colposcope from the Czech brand Linet to the hospital. Thanks to this grant and the entire project, we will be able to dramatically improve childbirth and postpartum care in northern Montenegro. We are all very happy and can't wait for the results .
